Chicken Chimichanga

 

Ingredients

 

80grams – New potatoes (boiled)

40 grams – Chorizo Sausage

40 grams – Shredded Roasted Chicken

60 grams – Mexican Cheese

1 10” Flour Tortilla

 

Method

 

-          Pan fry the chorizo with the new potatoes

-          Add seasoning and mix in the shredded chicken

-          Take off the heat and leave for 2 minutes

-          Carefully mix in the cheese

-          Put the mix on the tortilla and fold up, use a little egg white to seal the tortilla

-          Heat up a pan with vegetable oil

-          Fry your folded tortilla until golden brown, taking care with the hot oil

-          Enjoy!!
